I’m Mostafa Abbas — ISSA Elite Fitness Coach certified in Nutrition, Personal Training, and Bodybuilding. Over the past years, I’ve worked with more than 3,000 clients across the Arab world, helping entrepreneurs, professionals, and busy individuals rebuild their health and performance.

With a background in Mechanical Engineering and currently pursuing my MBA, I bring both science and strategy into coaching.
